Hello Instagram Family!

Many of you know that for the past four years, alongside an amazing team of artists, JWM: A Theatrical Company has had the mission of bringing free, accessible Golden Age Musical Theatre in outdoor concert form to the public with a 32+ piece orchestra and 20+ vocalists. We are the ONLY company in NYC with such a mission of this size. But we cannot do this without your help!

This year’s production of ‘Brigadoon in Concert’ is already in full swing, but for our final performance in Central Park, it will cost us $12,000 to produce. We have already raised 35% of the needed funds, and we now turn to you to help us cross the finish line! Last year for ‘Carousel in Concert’, over 800 individuals, ranging from infants to seniors, came out in support of our work, and we had another 200+ joining in virtually from across the country.

Access to the arts has, over the years, become unaffordable for many. There was a report that came out from The Broadway League recentThe Broadway Leagueaverage age of an audience member is 41, and they make $275,000. By supporting our final performance of Brigadoon, you are not only supporting professional actors. You are not only supporting professional theater makers and professional musicians. You are REINFORCING the message that the arts are meant to be for ALL, and this is the first step.

Any contribution via the link in our bio, no matter the size, will help us create change in the NYC theater scene and keep this beautiful yearly tradition alive for many years to come.

Please like, comment, and share this post to help spread the word.

Sincerely,

Jarrett Winters Morley
Artistic Director
