Open call for art!! We are back with another show at Alyssa Panzarino

The course of true love never did run smooth, and neither does the Q53 in rush hour. New York City is our true love, and when we romanticize New York City what comes to mind is our lush and verdant parks, world renown art deco architecture, and the heady feeling of a summer romance, floating above the clouds with feet on concrete and eyes on the stars. The proverbial concrete jungle, an open fire hydrant for misty dew, and a can of Arizona our love potion. Absurd, dreamlike, hazy, humid, and messy in the best and worst ways, we love it and we love to be in love with it.

Artists celebrate a Midsummer Night's Eve set in New York City - explorations on modern art deco, jewel-toned maximalism, bold colors, urban gods, park fairies, vibrant absurd surrealism, and a kiss of dreamlike adoration.

This summer, Woodhaven Art Circle invites you to step into our take on the wild whimsical comedy and celebrate your love of New York City, love in New York City, and falling in love with a donkey.

Event Times:
Opening - Saturday July 11th, 2026 6-9pm Opening will feature live music performances.
Closing - Saturday July 18th, 2026 5-8pm
