The exhibit includes the work of 32 artists from the renowned collection of Rick Friedman and Cindy Lou Wakefield, curated by . Included in the exhibit are these 3 works by Fay Lansner from the 1950's! On view through December 17th. Opening reception is tonight October 14th!

Today would have been Fay's husband Kermit Lansner's 100th birthday! (1922-2000) First photo from their early married days at Kenyon College in 1948, where Kermit taught philosophy and Fay had a small studio. Middle photo of an opening at MOMA in the '60's. Last image is Fay's portrait of Kermit at Kenyon. Oil on canvas | 1948 | 26x30.

Happy Birthday to photographer Duane Michals! Fay Lansner was fortunate to have a series of photos taken of her by Michals in her home and studio at 60 Riverside Drive in 1963. Michals turned 90 today, and Fay would have been 100 this year!
