In this episode, I was joined by Mesmee, who is a node manager of the Sunrise Neighborhood in Las Vegas, as part of the Dynamic Node Builders team. Personally, far more important than that to me, though, Mesmee is someone from the Upland Community that I’ve gotten to know quite well over the last couple of years, and I’ve always admired her no-nonsense attitude. She’s someone who can always be relied on to give her honest opinions on events, and I’ve very much appreciated the support she’s given me behind the scenes on a couple of key occasions. Today, we touched on some of that, of course. We dove into her journey into Upland from May 2021 and what she’s currently focused on nowadays, both individually and as a node manager. Mesmee also shares some great insights and outlooks into her status as a highly active ‘flipper’ in the Upland markets and how that process has evolved over the years, which I’m sure everyone will get something out of. In this episode, I was joined by Mesmee, who is a node manager of the Sunrise Neighborhood in Las Vegas, as part of the Dynamic Node Builders team. Personally, far more important than that to me, though, Mesmee is someone from the Upland Community that I’ve gotten to know quite well over the last couple of years, and I’ve always admired her no-nonsense attitude.
