TATTOO APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY
To reserve your tattoo appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment date and compensate the artist for time set aside specifically for you.
DEPOSIT POLICY
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Deposits may be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
• Clients who provide proper notice may transfer their deposit to a new appointment date one time.
• Additional reschedules may require a new deposit at the artist’s discretion.
NO-CALL, NO-SHOW & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Clients who no-call, no-show or cancel on the same day may be required to pay a new deposit or the full appointment fee before booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the artist’s discretion.
• If an appointment must be canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
