We’ve been lucky to have boat days in the ocean- This specific weekend we had taken the boat to the coast had an airbnb and had all the plans and the damn thing wouldn’t start at the boat ramp but guess who didn’t let that stop em?!

Katie Joanne Moore and I had such a good shell day June 13th 2026 ✨✨🔥

I think this was my best shell day in history. and our first empty horsies 😭😭 def a core shell memory

and guess it not working didn’t stop me from displaying them on the boat when we got back for a photo op😂😂

Delray Dredge Pile trip I took earlier this year and some of my best finds!

Every time I go to seashell hunting it’s a little trek across the state direction way or the other, a lil journey, sometimes I take it alone sometimes not, but every time I find s o m e thing, even if it’s just a little peace for the soul 🤍🐚☮️✨

Couldn’t reccomend this lil store enough 😍😍 THE FLORIDA SHELL SHOP
I didn’t even know we had a shell shop up north, I always thought toy had to go all the way down to Sanibel for a real shell shop so I was so freaking excited to learn about this place.
I was a kid in a candy shop, at Disney for the first time. Had so much fun talking to the sweet man who was working that day too.
I didn’t get many pictures but here’s the shark tooth counter and some of what we got there!

I found 3 big ass operculums last weekend but none of their homes unfortunately 😂😂

Fun fact if you’re here and not already a full blown shell dork- This lil part of a shell is the outer door or ‘trap door’ on a seashell. It protects their innards
These specifically are so big they’re likely either a from large lightening whelk or a big horse conch! Always a good sign 🐚

Idk if this was a bird carrying this or just from the water rising during the last hurricane but I found in the bushes in South Pasadena

thankful to live so close to paradise ☀️ had a blast w Hubbard's Marina ferry out to Egmont Key State Park as always. 🐚 thanks for having us

People on our same boat ride out to the island had a day- someone swam with a manatee, someone found like a 2 inch fossilized great white tooth which is incredible and not a super common find 🔥🔥🔥
We watched a gentlemen catch like 4 fish in a span of thirty minutes. one was the cutest bonnet head shark 🦈 and then a big ass red fish!

My bestie girl found a beautiful bull shark tooth and we found SO many fossils and shells!
I found lots of fossilized turtle shell, I think. Feel free to ID anything you recognize, I think most is prob turtle shell but the rectangle shaped broken one has me stumped ?! *edit- it’s a giant armadillo osteoderm !!
