Hard to imagine how time Flies! 33 years ago today I retired from the USMC, after 21 years of active duty service. Honored to have done so. God Bless the USA, our Corps, and all who followed.

I don't know about you guys but, I find it a little embarrassing that the Little Lady is always right.
Not long ago I went in to have my brain housing group ( head) examined. I was pretty nervious about going.
But, the Little lady said it was a simple procedure and it wouldn't take long, and she was right, it was quick and easy.
Well I just got the results back and she was right about that too...they didn't find anyhting!

Saddened to hear the tragic passing of coomedian Perry Kurtz. A regular at the Comedy Store since 1989, Perry's goal was always to "make everyone in the word laugh at least once. Maybe twice...", and he surely did.

I must say that since 1969 I have strived to be the very very best at what I did for protecting bullriders and even a few few bronc riders from the perils of the rodeo arena. In the last decade I also did my best to entertain the crowds at various rodeos throughout the country, as I always have enjoyed making people laugh and just have fun. My numerous abilities helped with training great dog acts and building various vehicles and props. Through trial and error I also learned, with the help of great friends and mentors, how to write my own jokes and skits, just to be different. I think I did a good job!
I've also met alot of great friends along the way and rekindled long ago estbalished friendships. To you, I wish to thank you for all your encouragement and staedfast support!
However, it is time for me to put my makeup kit on the shelf. I shall remain active as a member of some of the best prorodeo associations in order to help the younger generations and military veterans coming up. I will also, from time to time grace the stage as the Cowboy Comic and still make people laugh so, you ain't out of the woods yet!
Since mt early years hanging out with Uncle Kenny in Baker, MT rodeo has always been a part of my life and, it always will be. I'm just heading to the pasture at a different pace.
To ALL of you, from the deepest parts of my soul I Thank You for being there with me...It Was Fun!
