Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Nikki Roberts and I am the proud owner of Starlight Productions in New Prague MN.
I am originally from Southern California where I went to an arts high school studying classical voice. After high school I got my Music Performance Degree with The Young Americans. With YA I toured the world performing and teaching variety performances. Every part of who I am today has been built upon these experiences. After moving to MN, I got my early childhood education license and worked in a couple schools where I learned that even though I love working with kids and teaching, the traditional classroom was not a great fit for me personally.
Starlight began when I heard through the grape vine that the Prague Theatre was soon to be available. The rest is history still being written. In less than three years, Starlight has already experienced a building fire, shift in leadership (I bought out my business partner), and over 50 performances.
I beyond proud of what is being built here and am so excited to see what the future holds!
This July will mark our 3rd year of Starlight! We will be hosting a birthday party free to attend where we will celebrate, reminisce, and announce our very first musical coming this Fall!!
