For years, I've been on Etsy selling my handmade plushies, barely making any sales.
This year, I decided to try something different. I started creating my own crochet patterns, and I made a promise to myself that I was going to put real effort into promoting my designs and figuring out this whole social media thing.
And slowly, but surely, it's been working. 💜
But let me tell you, posting used to make me SO nervous.
Are people going to hate this? Am I going to lose the followers I've worked so hard to gain? Are people I know going to think I'm stupid for even trying?
And now? Honestly… I just post it.
Who cares if someone thinks you're stupid for TRYING? They're not the ones putting themselves out there.
And the biggest surprise? The community I've found along the way. 🧶
I've met some amazing people who love crochet, just like me.
So here's your reminder to just TRY. Post the thing. Start the business. Share your creativity. Do it even if it scares you a little.
