“A decade without him… and not a single day goes by that Bobby isn’t part of my life.”

This Saturday at 7pm, we will be replaying last week’s episode of Hope In The Light Of Su***de featuring a very special guest—Bobby’s sister, Mary Keane.

As we take this week to honor Bobby and reflect on the 10th anniversary of his passing, it felt right to create space—to remember, to grieve, and to hold close the love that never left.

Every year on April 8th, Bobby’s “heaven day,” Mary and I come together to renew his memorial garden. These photos are from that quiet, meaningful tradition—tending to something living, just as we continue tending to his memory and the love we carry for him.

This episode is raw, honest, and filled with heart. If you missed it, or feel called to listen again, we invite you to join us.

💬 If you feel comfortable, share a 💙 or the name of someone you’re remembering this week.

📌 Set a reminder and join us Saturday at 7pm.

“Healing Happens One Honest Moment at a Time”

Why denial is part of love—not weakness

04/05/2026

On this Easter Sunday, I’m taking a quiet moment to reflect on yesterday’s conversation—and on Bobby.

Ten years later, grief and love still walk side by side. Some days feel heavy, others feel gentle, but the love remains in all of it.

I’m so grateful to Mary Keane for sharing her heart so openly. Mary, your memories, your honesty, and your love for Bobby meant more than I can put into words. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who watched, shared, and reached out. Your stories and messages are a reminder that none of us are walking this path alone.

If you were there with us last night, I’d love to hear what stayed with you most. 💬
And Mary—if you feel comfortable, I know so many would love to hear one of your favorite memories of Bobby here, too.

If you missed the episode, it’s here whenever you’re ready.

💙 Holding space today for love, for memories, and for wherever you are in your journey.

10 years ago this month, my world changed forever.
We lost Bobby to su***de… and not a day goes by that he isn’t missed, remembered, and deeply loved. 🤍
There’s a moment in grief that stays with you—
the moment it all becomes real.
Not always the day it happens…
but the quiet moment when it truly sinks in.
When your heart realizes what your mind is still trying to understand.
That moment is where this journey begins.
In Bobby’s honor, I’m starting 30 Days of Healing: A Grief Support Journey,
Day 1 is about this exact place in grief:
“The Moment It Felt Real.”
If you feel comfortable, I invite you to share…
What was that moment for you?
By speaking it, we honor them.
By sharing it, we remind each other—we’re not alone.
Bobby, this is for you. 🤍
