❤️ Did you know that our Memento Mori / Memento Vivere tabletop rpg is not just fun and games? It features Judas and Magnolia as characters, as well as the underwater escape that many of you have seen in person, and some of the music from my first album…

🖤 A few have sussed out that the underwater escape is near and dear to our hearts because it is *generally* a message about overcoming incredible obstacles… but it is also *personally* about the struggle of drowning in alcohol addiction, and ultimately surviving it.

✨ Similarly, this tabletop rpg deals with some of the same themes. This game is dark and perfect for spooky season, yes… but it’s also much more than that. Every autumn we celebrate our sobriety (11 years now!), and we are reminded as we slip into the darkness that there is still light ahead.

❤️ Wowza! The past couple weekends have seen our merch flying off the merch table (shout out to Jacques Ze Whipper and all his wonderfully supportive fans)!!! In particular, y’all loved the romance novel so much that we SOLD OUT of our stock last Saturday, and while that is a problem, it is admittedly a fantastic problem to have!!! 🥰🥰🥰

🖤 So! We’ve reordered romance novels and expect them within a week (ish), so if you were unable to purchase a copy this past weekend please know that you can either come visit us again later in the season OR visit our website to order online and we will mail your copy to you! 📚

✨ Thank you everyone for your support AND your patience, and we look forward to seein ya when we’re looking at ya! 🤩

❤️ It’s that time of year again!!! 👩‍🍳🍪✨

🖤 That’s right!!! Every September features Hildegard’s feast day, which is why this weekend anyone who buys my Hildegard album gets to try fresh baked Cookies of Joy!!!

✨These cookies are my favorite Hildegard remedy from the 12th century, which she would prescribe up to three times a day for almost any ailment! Our patreon community gets access to my favorite Joy Cookie recipe (and way more information about Hildegard than anyone ever realized they wanted to know)!

❤️ Did I say “cult” ??? Hoopsadaisy! I obviously meant “community!” 😅

🖤 Our patreon *community* gets exclusive access to the shenanigans behind the scenes that I don’t post here on socials. Ooooooo!!! Ahhhhhh!!!!!

✨ Various tiers get access to digital or physical merch, postcards from our kooky travels, and more!!! If you want the deep dive on Judas and Magnolia lore, saddle up your battle cats and check us out on Patreon!

❤️ 11 years alcohol free together this month!!!

🖤 Seeking freedom from addiction has been one of the best choices we’ve ever made and has allowed us to accomplish so much more than we ever could have while still in the grips of alcohol and everything that comes with it (the brain fog, the physical toll it takes on the body, the secrecy, the shame, not to mention the financial expense)!

✨ If you’re struggling… we’ve been there, done that. If you’re looking for help, come talk to us in person during the festival day or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook and we’re happy to share some experience, strength, and hope. Because together we can make it!
