hey yall. in an effort to wean myself off the social media teat / escape the algorithms / regain agency with regard to sharing information about upcoming events, i have set up an email list. if you want a monthly rundown of my events, click on the "email signup" tab on the left. if you can't find it, you can also sign up via the link below. i'll continue to make events here per usual but god knows how long this platform will last (with people actively checking it!). i just want to make sure i can be in touch with yall regardless of the whims and tragedies and trashfires of facebook et al.
some of you know, but some of you don't - in addition to dance-making, i'm also a writer and a DJ (in particular i run a neighborhood dance party called HEATWAVE!). the monthly rundown will include 1) my dance performances, including known mass projects 2) public DJ events / dance parties 3) my readings. i will keep it brief and low-key out of respect for your inbox. xoxo --ann
