Designing a wedding for 500 guests means every part of that room needs attention! 😍

I’m thinking about the placement of each table, comfortable seating, room for servers to move, and clear paths to the dance floor. Guests should be able to enjoy the celebration without feeling squeezed in or disconnected from what’s happening.

Then come the design details. Mixing centerpiece heights, layering the table settings, and placing statement pieces where they’ll have the most impact. In a room this large, the design needs to feel complete from the entrance to the very last table.

The linen, the florals, the place settings, the candlelight. Each detail adds something, and when they come together, you can feel the difference.

When I’m designing, I’m thinking beyond the centerpiece. I’m looking at how the colors work together, where we need texture, how different heights give the table dimension, and how the lighting will bring it all to life.

Some details catch your eye immediately. Others you notice once you sit down. I love giving you something to appreciate from both views.

I love a beautiful wedding, but I also care about how you feel throughout the process. 🤍

There’s a lot that comes with planning a wedding. The ideas, the budget, the vendors, the opinions, and all the little decisions you didn’t even know you’d have to make. It can get overwhelming trying to pull it all together while still living your everyday life.

My work brings together so much of who I am: a planner, a designer, a creative, and somebody who knows how to bring people together. I can see the vision, but I’m also thinking about what it takes to make it happen and how the day will feel for you and your guests.

As your wedding planner, I help you sort through the ideas, establish priorities, find vendors who fit your needs, and keep the details organized. I ask questions you may not have thought to ask and help you understand your options so you can make decisions with confidence.

Then, when the day comes, my team and I are behind the scenes managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, and handling what needs our attention so you can be present.
