Please tell me I’m not the alone in treating Dungeon Crawler Carl like a full-time obsession. One minute you’re starting "just one more chapter," and the next it’s 3 AM, and you're deeply invested in a talking prize-winning Persian.

The absolute chaos, the dark humor, and Princess Donut’s sheer audacity completely own my soul. If you haven't read or listened to this masterpiece yet, what are you even doing? 🐱💥

Ever wondered why the most famous RPG series in history is called "Final" Fantasy? 🗡️✨
Back in 1987, Square was facing a major crossroads. Contrary to the popular legend that the company was going bankrupt, the "Final" in the title actually had a dual meaning.
For the game’s creator, Hironobu Sakaguchi, it was a personal ultimatum: if the game didn't sell well, he planned to quit the industry and head back to university. He wanted his "final" project to be a grand fantasy epic.
At the same time, the team wanted a title that could be abbreviated to **"FF"** because it sounded catchy in Japanese. While "Fighting Fantasy" was the original choice, it was already trademarked for a board game—leading them to land on the iconic name we know today.
Thirty-nine years and dozens of titles later, it’s clear that this "final" attempt was only just the beginning. 💎🔥
