MEET OUR DANCERS!!

KAYLA ESTIPULAR is a Filipino American dancer from Fairfax, Virginia, where she began her ballet training at the age of three at The Center for Ballet Arts.
During her time there, she studied a range of dance styles including ballet, pointe, contemporary, jazz, and tap.
This year she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Classical Ballet at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she trained under Angelina Sansone, Misha Tchoupakov, Laura Martin, and Jared Redick.
She will be joining Marigny Opera Ballet in New Orleans for their whole 2026/27 season. She wishes to continue her dance journey, spreading inspiration and joy to her audience with a smile!

MEET OUR DANCERS!!

Claudio Caverni is an Italian dancer and choreographer originally from Siena. He graduated from Ateneo della Danza in 2021 before moving to New York to study at The Ailey School. He performed with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre works by Alvin Ailey, Hope Boykin and Mauro Bigonzetti. As a performer, he has worked with artists including Amy Hall Garner, Norbert DeLaCruz III, FLOCK, Juliano Nunes, Christopher Huggins, and Renee Robinson. He is currently a freelance dancer in New York, performing with inDANCE, including at Jacob’s Pillow, and as a 2026 dancer with Marigny Opera Ballet. His choreographic work includes “Exousia”, which premiered in 2025, and “Coworkers”, created for Hearts of Men 2025. He has also choreographed for Danza180’s Professional Division in Madrid and served as Artistic Director of Arcidance in Italy, presenting three performances in collaboration with Clazz Festival.

MEET OUR DANCERS!

Talia Sigismondi (she/her, Chicago, IL) graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BFA in dance performance in 2026, where she had the opportunity to perform both classical and contemporary works. Talia has had the privilege of working with Chicago-based dance artists such as Brennen Renteria, Brian Enos, and KC Bevis while an undergrad. She also dances with MOMENTA Dance Company in Oak Park, IL. This is Talia’s first production with the Marigny Opera Ballet, and she is thrilled to be dancing alongside other talented artists in CAIN!

Verismo Opera and the Marigny Opera Ballet are seeking professional singers for principal roles for the upcoming 2026-2027 season of ballet-operas. Singers seeking an invitation to live auditions should submit one aria of their choosing. If auditioning for a particular role, please prepare a selection of a similar style and language of the work. Rehearsals and performances will be held at the historical Marigny Opera House in New Orleans, LA. Select singers will be offered contracts for individual projects or the full 2026-2027 season.

The Marigny Opera Ballet is seeking professional dancers for the upcoming 2026 - 2027 season of ballet-opera. These roles are for the main company, and will be accompanied by live orchestra at the Marigny Opera House in New Orleans, Louisiana. Select dance artists with a strong foundation in ballet, contemporary, and partnering techniques will be offered contracts for individual projects (8 weeks) or the full 2026 - 2027 season (32 weeks).
