What a year! It started with supporting the launch of a candidate running for council in New Jersey (she won, btw!) was filled with so many dogs — and especially adopting my sweet Symphony — the ever fun Music Biz conference, shows, seeing family, traveling to new places, feeding a giraffe (so random but awesome), celebrating my bestie’s 50 years on this earth, weddings, great times with friends, football games. and more dogs. Music was definitely a big part, with a little shift happening currently. In all the good that happened, I have to admit this year was hard. But hard doesn’t mean bad. It’s just…hard.

Thank you to everyone who gave me little drops from heaven all year. And here’s to hoping we find rivers of heaven in ‘26.

Merry Christmas! 🎄

Adopting my sweet pup earlier this year was one of the best gifts I got this year, so it’s only fitting to show off her getting to tell Santa where her new address is. 🎅🐾❤️

I hope that whatever you’re doing today, that you feel seen and loved. The miracle and magic of this season is in being surrounded by people who care enough to make sure that you are loved without condition or expectation — Just like the way we love our pets and little children. I hope you get to experience that miracle today. And eat yummy food. ☺️

I’m grateful to all of you who are with me on this journey. Thank you for believing in me, for seeing me, and for listening with your heart.

was so 👏🏻much 👏🏻 fun 👏🏻

I have to give a BIG thanks to for bringing me down to hang and play with sone great artists from all over.

And a special thanks to the crew from Nashville who was down here rockin’ it also! I’m stoked to hang more, create, support, and put goodness into the world through music!

I met so many wonderful people in the Big Easy! I look forward to coming back!

And did I mention I got to meet THE Juvenile??

Heart worms are super common in the south. They are also super preventable. And while the treatment once infected is reaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyy long, it’s a highly successful treatment.

I have a lot of people to thank for making sure I got the treatment I needed to save my life, and now I’ll get to experience so many new and fun things for many many years to come.

Please, please make sure you take preventative heart worm meds. And know there are so many resources out there to help should you end up with them too!

It’s national puppy day and I happen to have a very special puppy in my care for it! Mimi is my 10th foster pup with . She’s just about 5 months old and is the goofiest, smartest, lovey dog I’ve had yet. I’ve loved every foster, but I especially love the ones who need help coming out of their shells. Mimi has done an incredible job building her confidence these last two months, and I can’t wait to see where she ends up! It’s been such a joy to partner with an organization as incredible as Wags. I never thought of fostering before, and they have made it so easy to do. They are endlessly committed to helping pups in need find the humans that need the love of these little souls. Here’s to the continued joy that pups bring into our lives!

A fun 3 day run with my friend & !! Despite coming down with the flu (which always sucks to have even when you’re not traveling), I had a GREAT time meeting new friends and catching up with some old ones. Anytime you spend the weekend playing music, it’s a win. Made better by having a road pup with us! Thank you & for making this weekend so spectacular.

Being on stage is my safe space. I’m honestly the happiest when I’m up there and connecting with people who love music as much as I do. It’s why I’m so excited to be hitting the road with my friend this weekend to play music at three super cool venues in Georgia and South Carolina!
