When you’re on a roll I guess you’re on a roll! I am about to take a much needed break though. When I first drew out my concept I was thinking about the absinthe fairy, however now that it has been created she’s giving space angel vibes. What do y’all think?

I woke up early on this beautiful Sunday morning to complete my latest headdress, a true labor of love. The antique wallpaper in the historic Hermann-Grima house in the French Quarter served as my inspiration. I have been privileged to be part of the women’s exchange gift shop for the past five years, selling my other art pieces. Future works will continue to draw inspiration from the textiles found in both the Hermann-Grima house and Gallier Hall.
