New Orleans Black culture site and museum, The House of Dance and Feathers, reopened earlier this week. It continues the legacy established by lifelong culture-bearer Ronald W. Lewis, who organized and documented Mardi Gras Indians, Social Aid & Pleasure Clubs and Skull & Bone gangs.
