“Unintentional” in real form…

These are 2 new pieces from my latest collection, UNINTENTIONAL. Check out my last reel for more back story on how this collection came to life. The texture, movement, and color story of these pieces really make for a vibrant presentation. Inspiration is everywhere — just have to look for it. In this case it was under my feet at my painting station. Each piece measures 48 x 60. Available now.

🖤DM us to try this pair in your space!

On Abstracts…

My abstracts being with a single mark. From there, it becomes the framework of the piece, guiding what comes next and allows me to fill negative spaces with color and texture. To get the movement I need, I often use my bare hands, towels, sponges or whatever else is around. The part I enjoy most about creating abstract work is to make the intentional look unintentional. Here are 4 original works on canvas. Each one measures 48 x 60. Available now.

✔️Message us to inquire about other available abstracts.

The Art of Arrival…

First impressions start at the front door. This large scale presentation of crowned figures creates atmosphere, movement, and unforgettable impact. Special thanks to for bringing us in on this project.

Behind the Canvas…

I’m often asked what inspired my ongoing figurative “Coronation” series. The answer is simple — it’s people I see everyday or at random. Each of us is the “king” or “queen” of our world and we all wear some type of crown. The crown of a parent, friend, partner, or mentor. This series challenges me to express emotion in a human form that people can identify with in some way.

🙌 Check out our website or stop in one of the galleries to experience this series in person.

UNINTENTIONAL

My work is often inspried by the things around me…shapes, colors, movement. My painting station is often full of paint drips, acrylics, and other mixed media supplies. I happened to look down at my mat and what was once fully black now had a beautiful mix of colors and texture. It inspired my next piece and collection titled UNINTENTIONAL. This was my way of expressing that beauty is always around us — even in the most obsure places. This piece is 48 x 60. Available now.

In the making…

There really is beauty in the chaos. This is the early stages of turning a feeling into a story through texture, movement, and possibility.

Urban Expressionism process explained…

Shapes, shadows, and unintentional objects all come together to give me inspiration for my ongoing URBAN EXPRESSIONISM series. This series allows me to express emotion through structural objects with an emphasis on the past and present, living harmoniously together in truth. Some pieces come to life with the activity, energy and sounds of the city, while others with more negative space take a more contemplative approach using only a few shapes—all while keeping the tangible rawness and grittiness of the city intact.
