Joel Van Goor, Tattoo Artist Custom tattoos, fine art, illustration, and design in New Orleans, Louisiana For session work, I book for 3-hour sessions, at $150 per hour.

For smaller pieces, I will give a price quote based on the design (size, detail, placement, etc.). Because I need to know all these details, I only book appointments in person, making exceptions ONLY for people traveling large distances. An $80 drawing fee is required, which will be used as a deposit and applied to the final session of a multi-session piece. Deposits are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months. I do not do piercings.

🚨 HOT DOG ALERT🚨
I will be working with the New Orleans Hot Dog Safari on Friday April 12th to raise money for New Orleans community fridges!
I will have a whole rack of hot dog-themed flash designs ready to go, starting at $100. These will be done first-come, first-served. I’ll be starting at 11 and going until we’re done!
If you’re interested in the safari, they will be here distributing score cards!
