During these three hour you will get fully immersed into the world of flow magic through movement, silk veils and fabric manipulation.

In the first hour, we will spend time getting to know the different variations of silks. You’ll get to touch, explore and start to envision your ideal silk weight and color that matches you. 🌈✨

We will then go through a guided stretch, pin pointing all the muscles that you will activate during your silk dance.

We then will pick up some silks and get to move and dance through a guided group dance session. 🪩✨

Lastly we will learn tips and tricks! (Last Hour is blocked out in private 1 on 1 sessions) 📝✨

This time allows for questions pertaining to individual acts or costume pieces that you want to explore. If you have a flowy dress, a panel skirt, silk fans, flags or any other fabric that you want to bring to explore, this is when we will go through its potential, run through some drills & learn new material for you to bring back to your stage performances.
