Meet your podcasters!

About Courtney🍔:

Courtney Brandabur is a big proud adult baby hailing from Louisiana, but now living in the south of France after a great Tinder date! 🇫🇷 If you know her, you know she loves to EAT. Few things make Courtney happier than the promise of a good meal especially after a weight lifting session (when she pretends to be Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z). 👽 Courtney has always been an eclectic weirdo, inspired by her mother’s old saying, “Normal is just a setting on the washing machine, honey.” When she does something, she does it 300% — research, food, love, etc. She’s passionate about self-development and loves incorporating science into her life goals. ⚡️Courtney jumps headfirst into many things: one of those things was an international move! You can hear her talking about French history and mostly pronouncing French words right on the podcast. She works full-time as a freelance writer and digital creative from home. Although fascinated by history, Courtney actually holds a BS in Psychology and a Masters in Sociology. Her passion for research shows up whenever she takes Monique on trips in the Tesla brand time machine. 🎉 Courtney is HELLA excited to work on her skills as a podcaster and producer (she does all the editing) so that she and Monique can share stories about food, culture, and the world! 📝Follow her personal at and feel free to get in touch, especially if you’ve got some interesting research!
