Monday nights at mean one thing: Ramen Night.

Tonight, Chef Wataru is featuring a Hot Chicken Tsukemen Ramen — rich dipping broth served alongside noodles with chashu pork, bean sprouts, sliced red onion, and egg. Bold, comforting, and built for serious slurping.

Our vegan tsukemen features a savory soy-based broth with avocado, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, fried tofu, and cucumber (with optional egg add-on).

For those unfamiliar, tsukemen is a style of ramen where the noodles are dipped into a concentrated broth on the side — deeply flavorful, interactive, and honestly just a lot of fun to eat.

And if ramen isn’t enough, we’ve also got plenty of izakaya favorites flowing from the kitchen:
