✨ Senior Spotlight: Anna Balbuena ✨

For 15 years, Anna has been a dedicated member of the dance community, with Tap holding a special place in her heart. While choosing just one favorite memory is impossible, some standout moments include her very first recital, winning the JAM for One More Time, competing her first solo, marching in Memorial Day parades, and performing her senior solo with Miss Lauren after her return from college. Most of all, she treasures the countless hugs, laughs, and memories shared with her teammates and teachers.

Outside of dance, Anna enjoys crafts, puzzles, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. She will miss the incredible bonds she’s built through dance—the friendships, backstage memories, Dunkin’ runs, laughter, and the sisterhood that made D2 feel like home.This fall, she will be attending Ithaca College in the accelerated Clinical Health Studies/Physical Therapy BS/DPT six-year program.

Congratulations, Anna! Your kindness, dedication, and love for dance have left a lasting mark on D2, and we can’t wait to see you shine in this next chapter. ❤️🖤

✨ Senior Spotlight: Nina Narvaez ✨
For 15 years, Nina has been a shining part of the D2 family, sharing her love for tap dance and bringing endless support, leadership, and positivity to every competition and class. Some of her favorite memories include cheering on her teammates and spending competition weekends together — moments that truly captured the spirit of D2. ❤️
Outside of dance, Nina is involved in cheerleading and enjoys spending time with friends and watching shows. This fall, she’ll be attending Brown University to study Chemistry and Dance. 🎓
Nina describes D2 as her second family, and her impact on this studio will never be forgotten. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this next chapter! ✨

✨ Senior Spotlight: Francesca Randazzo ✨
For the past 15 years, Francesca has shared her love of dance and passion for tap with the D2 family. One of her favorite memories was competing a duet with her best friend, Aliana — a moment she’ll always treasure. ❤️
Outside the studio, Francesca enjoys teaching swim lessons, singing in choir, and traveling with family and friends. This fall, she’ll be attending Sacred Heart University to study Nursing. 🩺
We are so proud of everything Francesca has accomplished and know she will continue to shine wherever life takes her! 🌟

✨ Senior Spotlight: Aliana Esteves ✨
For 15 years, Aliana has brought her talent, personality, and love for musical theatre to D2. From annual ballet class potlucks to countless memories with teammates and friends, she has made such a meaningful impact on the studio. 💃
Outside of dance, Aliana stays busy with varsity soccer, track, honors choir, and school musicals. This fall, she’ll be attending New York University to study Chemistry on the Pre-Med track. 🧪
We’ll miss Aliana’s positivity and dedication so much, but we know she’s destined for amazing things. Congratulations! 💜

✨ Senior Spotlight: Haley Dorney ✨
After 10 incredible years at D2 and dancing since the age of 5, Haley has shared her love for musical theater with every performance. One of her favorite memories was last year’s hip hop class with Miss Lauren, where she grew as a dancer and made unforgettable memories with her teammates. 💃
Outside the studio, Haley enjoys working on film projects, reading, horror movies, and Survivor marathons. This fall, she’ll be attending William Paterson University as a Film, Television, and Audio major. 🎬
We’ll miss Haley’s energy, dedication, and bright smile in class each week. Congratulations, Haley! 🌟

✨ Senior Spotlight: Julia Couch ✨

Julia has been dancing for 16 years, including 13 years at Dance Dimensions, and has inspired everyone around her with her passion and dedication to contemporary dance. One of her favorite memories was rehearsing and competing her sophomore-year trio, which went on to win first place at nationals! 🏆

Outside of dance, Julia enjoys sports and spending time with friends and family. This fall, she’ll be attending the University of Florida to major in Political Science. 🐊

Julia’s hard work, leadership, and friendship have made such an impact at D2, and we know she has an amazing future ahead. Congratulations, Julia! ✨

✨ Senior Spotlight: Samara Barth ✨

For 11 years, Samara has been a valued part of the D2 family, sharing her passion for contemporary dance and creating memories that will last a lifetime. From fun holiday class parties to learning new combos with friends, her joy for dance shines through in everything she does. 💫

Outside of dance, Samara enjoys reading, baking, skiing, hiking, and staying active. She’s also involved in yearbook and serves as class president at school! This fall, she’ll be attending Ithaca College to study Communications. 📚

We are so proud of all you’ve accomplished, Samara, and can’t wait to see where your next chapter takes you! ❤️

✨ Senior Spotlight: Katie Ortiz Bock ✨

Katie has spent 12 years dancing and 8 wonderful years at D2, growing into an incredible contemporary dancer and teammate. Some of her favorite memories include competing alongside her teammates and watching their hard work pay off at every competition. 🫶

When she’s not dancing, Katie loves spending time with friends, coaching cheer, and doing arts and crafts. This fall, she’ll be attending the William Paterson University Honors College to study Psychology. 🎓

We’ll miss seeing Katie’s positivity and kindness in the studio every week. Congratulations on this exciting next chapter! 💖
