Congratulations to Gallery 25 member Robyn Abrams, whose photograph Bridging the Storm has been selected for inclusion in the Images 2026 Exhibition at the Fairfield Museum and History Center from August 7 – September 20.

This marks the second time Robyn's work has been accepted into this prestigious annual exhibition, making the achievement especially meaningful. With only a limited number of photographs selected each year, acceptance is highly competitive, and Robyn's perseverance and dedication to her craft make this recognition all the more rewarding.

Adding to the excitement, Robyn will be exhibiting alongside her cousin, an accomplished and award-winning photographer based in New York City who has long been one of her artistic inspirations. Sharing space in the exhibition with someone she greatly admires makes this honor even more special.

We are thrilled to celebrate Robyn's accomplishment and encourage everyone to visit the exhibition and experience the outstanding photography on display.

Gallery 25 is excited to present our Members' Summer Art Show, Expressions of Light! Join us in the historic train station in downtown New Milford as the talented artists of Gallery 25 share their works in paint, wood, glass, metal, and ceramics.

🎨 A Lifetime of Art: Celebrating Lorraine Ryan
June 10-28 | Opening reception: June 13 from 1-3PM

Gallery 25 is honored to present A Lifetime of Art, a special exhibition celebrating the remarkable artistic career of award-winning artist Lorraine Ryan, on view June 10–28.

Join us for an Opening Reception on Saturday, June 13, from 1–3 PM, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet Lorraine and experience this inspiring collection in person. Wine and light refreshments will be served

A lifelong artist and honors graduate of the Parsons School of Design, Lorraine has spent decades capturing the beauty of the world around her. Her acrylic and watercolor paintings range from intricate still lifes and charming farms to sweeping landscapes, lush florals, coastal seascapes, portraits of people and animals, and beloved homes.

As Lorraine explains:
“I have never indulged in abstract intellectual notions of art, but rather I have merely tried to capture the things I enjoy observing, while hopefully sharing these observations with others.”

Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo shows throughout New York and Connecticut, earned awards in juried exhibitions, and has been collected in both the United States and the United Kingdom. Her artwork has also been reproduced as posters, greeting cards, used in movie promotions and limited-edition giclée prints.

Please join us in celebrating Lorraine’s extraordinary artistic journey and her many contributions to the New Milford arts community. Meet the artist, enjoy a stunning collection spanning decades of creative work, and browse original paintings, prints, cards, and other artwork available for purchase.

Wonderful Opening Reception at Gallery 25's Exposures photography show last weekend!

Wanted to share some photos of the winners accepting their awards.

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and a special thank you to our wonderful judge, Deborah Rose, for sharing her time, expertise, and thoughtful selections. We are also so grateful to our community sponsors whose support helped make this year’s show such a success (Lucia, Greca, Bank Street Theater, All Aboard Pizza and Vegas Mexican Restaurant).
