Fall + Early Winter Availability 🍂

If you’ve been thinking about booking The Union Room this fall, here’s a look at where the calendar currently stands for September through December.

There are still some great dates available for business meetings, birthdays, showers, holiday parties, friendsgivings, elopements, private celebrations, workshops and everything in between!

A few notes when looking at the calendars:

• Blank dates are currently available.
• Dates marked AM, MID or PM may still have availability during another part of the day.
• Dates marked Inquiry Pending have not been officially booked yet and are still available

And don’t overlook the weekdays, if your date is flexible, reach out! We're often able to offer more flexibility with weekday rentals and pricing.

You also don’t need to have your entire event planned before contacting us. Tell us your approximate guest count, the date you’re considering and what you have in mind, and we can go from there.

Fall dates are booking now, and holiday party season is right behind them! 🎃🦃🎄🎆

One thing we decided early on was that we didn’t want to lock our clients into one caterer, one menu or one price point.

Want full-service catering? Absolutely, let us connect you! 🍽️

Want trays from your family’s favorite restaurant? Go for it. 🍝

Want to cook the food yourself?
That works too! 🥪

Want a food truck parked outside?
We love that idea 🌮

Your celebration shouldn’t suddenly become unaffordable because the venue *requires* you to purchase an $85 per person dinner package.

While we are working to have a caterer available on-site, we will still allow all guests to choose what food option works best for them.

We provide the space. You decide what makes sense for your event, your guests and your budget 🩷

Elopement packages at The Union Room start at just $650 and include a styled altar setup, an officiant, a complimentary tea, coffee, & water station, a ceremony music playlist, and time for photos following the ceremony.

Planning something a little bigger? Our wedding packages are designed to be flexible, so your day can be as simple or as detailed as you’d like.

The Union Room was created with accessibility in mind. We believe you should be able to have a beautiful, thoughtfully designed wedding without taking on an overwhelming price tag just to make it happen.

Vendor applications are now open for Christmas After Dark- A Holiday Night Market at The Union Room on Friday, December 11 from 5:30 - 9:00 PM

For one night, The Union Room will be transformed into a warm, glowing Christmas night market filled with twinkle lights, greenery, holiday décor, music, photo moments, complimentary gift wrapping, and a curated collection of local makers and small businesses.

We’re looking for vendors offering giftable, unique, handmade, vintage, specialty, or locally made products that shoppers will be excited to give this Christmas, or to keep for themselves!

✨ Candles & home fragrance
✨ Art & prints
✨ Pottery & ceramics
✨ Bath & body
✨ Holiday décor & ornaments
✨ Clothing & textiles
✨ Vintage & curated goods
✨ Gifts for kids, pets, hosts & hard-to-shop-for people
✨ Specialty food gifts
✨ Anything unusual, beautiful, or genuinely gift-worthy

We want this market to feel curated, and we’ll be mindful of having businesses offering the same type of product.

Vendor Fees:
$50 Standard 6-ft setup
$75 8-ft setup
$100 Specialty/oversized setup, including larger 10-12 ft displays, multiple racks or fixtures, demonstrations, or other nontraditional setups requiring additional space

We’re officially invested in some of the parties being thrown in these comments 😍
