FINAL WEEKEND. FINAL TWO CONCERTS.

If you attend only one musical event this summer, make it one of these. Can’t choose between them? Go to both!

The Connecticut Early Music Festival closes this weekend with two extraordinary performances led by Artistic Director Ian Watson. After months of planning and weeks of remarkable music-making, this is the grand finale.

Saturday, June 20, 5:00PM
New England Baroque
St. John's Episcopal Church, Niantic

A thrilling program showcasing the virtuosity, drama, and brilliance of the Baroque era, performed by some of the country's finest early music specialists.

Sunday, June 21, 5:00 PM
Mozart & Rachmaninoff
Evans Hall, Connecticut College, New London

Summer concerts are even better with ice cream 🍦.

This weekend’s Festival comes with a sweet bonus. Before Seven Times Salt performs at the Red Barn at Mitchell College on Sunday, stop by Michael's Dairy at Mitchell College right next door for a cone or a cup before the concert.

And for our Festival finale on June 21, we’re celebrating Ian Watson’s 10 years as Artistic Director with a special treat. After Mozart’s Requiem, the Moovin Scoops New London ice cream truck will be waiting outside Evans Hall, and the ice cream is on us!

Tickets are available online and at the door. Join us for beautiful music, summer evenings, and a cool treat!
