THANK YOU to all who came out for the first two performances of "Solace" in New London!

Special thanks to New London Poet Laureate Joshua Brown, who joined us for a post-show presentation at RD86 Space after our opening night, as well as former Poet Laureate Rhonda M. Ward, who presented before the start of our Thursday, September 2 performance.

The Friday, Sept. 3 show is SOLD OUT! If you're attending, stay after the curtain call for a talk-back session with our cast and creative team.

Tickets remain for the closing performance on Saturday, Sept. 4 at 8pm! Get tickets before they're all gone at Hygienic.org.

New London: we'll see you Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for "Solace" at Hygienic Art Park!

Tickets are still available for performances on Thursday, Sept. 2 at 7:30pm and Saturday, Sept. 4 at 8pm. Our Friday, Sept. 3 performance is sold out. Purchase tickets at Hygienic.org.

Due to forecasted intense foul weather affecting our outdoor performance space, the "Solace" performance for Wednesday, September 1 has been CANCELED.

We deeply regret any inconvenience. Registered ticket-holders have the option to exchange tickets for another date or seek a refund. Please contact Hygienic Art (Hygienic.org or 860-443-8001) to initiate the exchange/refund process.

Performances for the remainder of our run will proceed as scheduled, but please watch our page for any further updates.

"'Solace' was inspired by a trip that playwright Michael Bradford took to East St. Louis, where the play is set. He was struck by how a single street could divide people, divide a neighborhood. He began thinking about the things that divide us and realized that he had the germ of a new play.
