2027 Perry County Fair Banner Bids

The Perry County Agricultural Society is accepting bids for award banners for winners throughout the 2027 Fair.

Interested businesses or individuals should email their contact information, pricing, and examples of their work to the Agricultural Society at [email protected] by December 1, 2026.

NOW ACCEPTING SEALED CATERING BIDS

The Perry County Agricultural Society is accepting sealed bids for catering the Sponsor Hospitality Tent at the 2026 Perry County Gun Bash on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

The selected caterer will be responsible for providing:
• Food and all ingredients
• Serving utensils and equipment
• Food service during the event
• Cleanup of the serving area
*Plan for 400 people*

A sample menu is available to use as a guide, but comparable menu proposals are welcome.

📅 Sealed bids must be received by Monday, August 24, 2026.
