Tomorrow is the first of two registration dates for the next era of Franny's Studio of Dance which is now called Modern Movement Dance Company! MMDC is at the same location and is now owned by Mrs. Scarlett Wilson. The studio is also blessed to have the same talented and loving staff as Franny's Studio of Dance. We were fortunate enough to have well over 100 of our Past Graduates with us at our 50th and Final dance recital this past weekend! Approximately 80 of them hit the stage for the last time to celebrate Ms. Franny and bid her Farewell as she retires. We even had the very first graduate on stage. They have been practicing for 3 months with the help of Instructors/Choreographers Scarlett & Bree (also devoted Past Grads).

About half of these women learned from home and the other half attended weekly studio practices. The entire group performed together for the very first time on Friday night at rehearsal…some even flying in from out-of-state. Everyone has their own special memories of this studio and we are so grateful for all of the support during this milestone.

What an unforgettable and bittersweet day yesterday! For those who couldn’t be there in person, we would like to give you all an opportunity to listen to Franny’s important retirement speech and watch as she takes her final curtain call.🌹

You will also have the pleasure of seeing her hand over the keys to the new studio owner, Mrs. Scarlett Wilson. We ask for your continued love and support during the transition to Modern Movement Dance Company.

It’s SHOWTIME! Our 50th and Final recitals are taking place today. We ask that you please stay for a very special finale in honor of Ms. Franny’s well deserved retirement. You definitely don’t want to miss this special moment.
