🎉MEET THE CAST🎉

Audreyonna Smith is a freshman at NISH. She is currently auditioning for gifted talented music. She has been involved with the stage crew for IPAL for shows such as The Little Mermaid Jr (IPAL) and Freaky Friday (IPAL). This is her first show she has auditioned for and she is so excited for you all to see what her and the cast has worked on!

Bella Clements is a Junior at NISH, and she is a member of the choir and cross-country. Bella has been in the past two NISH musicals as a nun in Sister Act and Little Red in Into the Woods. She enjoys practicing with friends and making new ones every year!

Jason Soileau is 15 years old, he has been in 18 other shows around New Iberia and Abbeville. He is so exited and hopes you enjoy the show!

Nekko Cuccia is a senior at NISH, she's been an active member of NHS, Beta, and the NISH choir for 3+ years-- this is her second show ever! Last year, NISH put on Into the Woods Jr., in which she played ""The Bakers Wife"". While she has a long ways to go, she still hopes you enjoy the show!

Rocky Smith is a third year band student and first year theater kid. He hopes you enjoy his first ever performance!

✨MEET THE CAST✨

Addison Eskind is a 17 year old junior from Catholic Highschool. She has been dancing for 14 years, and was on the competitive team for 6. You may have seen her on the IPAL stage in productions of Tarzan (Young Terk), Highschool Musical (Taylor), or in Catholic High productions such as Six (Jane Seymour), Annie Jr (Grace), and most recently Newsies Jr. (Jack Kelley). This is her 16th show including 4 that she choreographed herself, most notably Elf (IPAL) this past Christmas. Her next production is Freaky Friday at IPAL where she is playing Savannah. Fun fact, she rehearsed hairspray while also being apart of 4 shows at one time (Yes she is mentally stable). She is so greatful to have been apart of this production and gives thanks to the creative team and cast. Miss Baltimore Crabs hopes you all enjoy the show!

Caden Lancon is a junior at NISH and this is his first year doing a musical and choir, he has been in band all 3 years so far and loving every second of this year! He hopes you enjoy the show.

Sinjin Hebert is a freshman at UL majoring in Vocal Music Education. You may be thinking “wait…that’s not a high school,” and you would be correct! The directors of Hairspray think Sinjin is so talented that they begged him to come back to his Alma Mater for this show. Sinjin has been seen in NISH shows such as “Sister Act, Jr.” as Eddie Souther and “Into the Woods, Jr.” as the Baker. He also frequents the IPAL stage in roles like Professor Porter (“Tarzan”), Alfie (“One Man, Two Guvnors”), Maurice (“Beauty and the Beast”), and Ms. Trunchbull (“Matilda”).

Sophia Le is a junior at New Iberia Senior High, and is participating in multiple clubs around the school. She is currently involved in BETA, National Honor Society, choir, and NISH theatre. Sophia has been involved in many productions here at NISH, including Sister Act Jr., where she played as Sister Mary Lazarus. She hopes you enjoy the show and remember to always use Ultra-Clutch Hairspray!!

✨MEET THE CAST✨

Jenny Sorphamixay is a 17 year old and a Senior at NISH. She enjoys music and being around her peers participating in the NISH Choir and theatre. This is her second time doing theatre as she participated in the production of Into The Woods NISH conducted a year prior as the Steward. She hopes you enjoy the show just as much as she enjoyed doing it!

Lexie Boney is a 18 year old senior at NISH she is involved in choir, colorguard and beta this is her first and she was crowned the past Queen City Christmas Queen and 15 year reigning sugar queen for Iberia Parish

Kali Bonner is a Junior at New Iberia Senior High. She is in her 9th year of dance, and 3rd year of NISH varsity color guard. Hairspray is her first official production with Connor Smith, and cannot wait to see what else is in store.

Amelia Leblanc is a 9th grade student at Nish. She is currently in hairspray and freaky Friday at ipal (come see it!) Amelia has been doing theatre since she was 11 and is so excited for the opportunities ahead and being able to do this show with her best friends! She is also a part of NISH’s choir and is very excited to participate in hairspray!

Vashni Aregbe is a Sophmore at NISH. He plays saxophone for the band. He hopes you enjoy his stage debut.

Keynon Hill is a passionate 16 year old junior at NISH with a robust background in musical theater. His past productions include ""Sister Act Jr."", ""Into The woods Jr."", ""Matilda."", and ""Freaky Friday."" Beyond the stage, keynon also demonstrates leaderships as the president of the NISH choir. He's excited to be part of this production and hopes everyone has a fantastic time in the 60s

Janae Oliver is a Freshman at New Iberia Senior High , she is excited to take the stage as Little Inez in her first-ever production! She loves performing and is proud to be part of such an amazing show. One of her most favorite parts of this production is the cast, she’s found many amazing friends within it. When she’s not on stage, Janae enjoys creating art and exploring her creativity. She’s an active member BETA. She enjoys to write poetry and narratives. She hopes the theatre’s hard work truly takes you into the 60’s.

De'asiane Segura, a spirited 17-year-old junior at NISH, she is no stranger to the stage. Her passion for performance shines though her involvement in numerous productions, including ""Sister Act Jr.,"" ""Into the Woods Jr.,"" and ""Matilda."" Currently she's captivating audiences in ""Hairspray."" Beyond the spotlight of theater, De'asiane finds joy and expression through singing in the choir and participating in school theater.

Torren is a senior in high school and has been in band for 4 years and is in multiple clubs like french club and book club.

Tailar Gaddison is a 11th grade junior at New Iberia Senior High. She has been featured in works such as Deloris Van Cartier/Sister Mary Clarence in Sister and Silly Girl in Beauty and the Beast. This is her third production and she’s extremely excited for you to enjoy it!

Natalya Chark is a sophomore at NISH, this is her first time in a production. Outside of theater she’s very active in the New Iberia community with beta tennis and National honors society. She hopes to welcome all of you to the 60’s! So sit back relax and enjoy the show!!

Tallon is a junior at NISH and was previously seen in NISH's Into the Woods Jr and IPAL's Matilda

Jordyn Daniels is a 16 year old sophomore at Westgate. Besides this production she has done a few monologues for her talented theater program. In her free time she participates in cheer, track and field, quiz bowl, glee, and art. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Seth Phillips is a senior at NISH, a section leader who has been in band for 6 years throughout middle school and highschool. He plays Euphonium and has made it into the district honor band of 2026. He played in the past musicals, such as ""The sister act jr"" as an angel boy And ""Into the Woods jr"" as Rapunzel's Prince at NISH. He has also played in ""Beauty and the Beast"" as the wolf and fourchette at IPAL. He hopes to go to college, majoring in Architecture and minoring in music/engineering.

✨MEET THE CAST OF HAIRSPRAY✨

Lilian Ross (IQ) is a Freshman at NISH, currently involved in so many other organizations, it’s amazing if she can find any free time. Hairspray is her 3rd show ever, having previously acted in Ipal’s “A Christmas Story”, as well as “Matilda”. She takes pride in being able to do theatre, but she also loves having a spot in NISH’s Pride of Cajunland band. This is definitely her favorite show so far, and she hopes you love it!

Caelen Peltier (Fender) is in 8th grade at BPMS where he participates in Football, Track, Band, Student Government, 4-H, and Scouting America. This is Caelen's first production at NISH but 9th overall. You may have seen him doing the worm in High School Musical (James the Earthworm Enthusiast), monkeying around in Tarzan (Ape), herding his flock in Beauty and the Beast (Shepard) eating all the chocolate cake in Matilda (Bruce), being a guppy in The Little Mermaid Jr. (Flounder), and finding his Christmas Spirit in Elf the Musical (Michael). Welcome to the Corny Collin’s Show!

Anthony Duong (Brad) is a senior at New Iberia Senior High. This is his second and last high school musical production. He loves to volunteer for his community as president of several clubs. He’s extremely excited for everyone to watch everyone’s hard work come to life in 60’s!

Camille Theriot (Sketch, Matron) is a Freshman at ARCA highschool. This is her 20th show overall. Her favorite shows include Matilda, The Little Mermaid, and Beauty and The Beast. She hopes you enjoy the show!
