This program is entirely student-led. High school students from throughout who would like to participate in the council are encouraged to apply by September 30. Please help share!

Somewhere between childhood Halloween parties and handing out candy, adults stopped getting enough opportunities to dress up. We object. Masks. Dancing. A beautiful old library after hours. Perhaps a little glamorous. Perhaps a little ridiculous. Definitely among friends.

Moments of Gratitude - A Sponsor "Shout Out" and sincere thank you to Alexander Clark for their extremely generous support of all that we do.

With this sponsorhip, we have been able to provide significantly more programming to our community than ever before.

Thank you!

There are nights you go to because they’re fun. And there are nights where the fun itself does something good. Curses & Cures is both.

On October 24, we’re taking over the beautiful Blackstone Library for Elm’s annual Masquerade & Auction—a gloriously grown-up evening of masks, dancing, laughter, spirited bidding, and a room full of people who believe theatre should belong to everyone.

When you come, you help Elm keep saying yes: yes to young people who want to participate, yes to free Shakespeare in the Park, and yes to free community programming.

Come have a wonderful night with us.

There is only one more chance to see Rosetint Community Theatre's first licensed musical, Sweeney Todd!

Saturday 9/19 at 2pm at the ECA Arts Hall (55 Audubon St) in Downtown New Haven, all other shows sold out.

Tickets on sale at tickets.rosetintct.org starting at $15.
https://tickets.rosetintct.org/

The production brings together 23 local performers, an 18-piece live orchestra, and more than 50 artists, technicians, and volunteers behind the scenes to mount one of the most celebrated and challenging works in musical theatre. The scale of Sweeney Todd marks a major step for a theatre company that did not exist a year ago.

Rosetint was founded on the belief that high-quality theatre should not be limited to professional stages or university walls. The company creates opportunities for artists across ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to make challenging work together while building a new home for community theatre in New Haven.

Sweeney Todd is the largest realization of that mission to date, and offers a look at what a rapidly growing, community-built arts organization can accomplish in its first year.

Look what happens when we get together. For three weeks, thousands of us spread blankets, pulled up chairs, greeted old friends, sat beside strangers—and laughed. Oh, did we laugh.

Much Ado About Nothing has closed, but we’re not quite ready to leave the park yet. So for the next couple of weeks, we’re going to stay here a little longer and celebrate the people who made those nights what they were. That means you.

And just like that… the stage comes down! 🎭✨

In just 24 hours, an incredible crew of hardworking humans transformed our Much Ado About Nothing stage back into an empty field. So much work goes into creating the magic—and just as much goes into packing it all away.

A huge thank you to the amazing people who made it happen! 💪❤️
