Another installment of Printmaking 1 at .art HCC CT State is in the books ✅
Our last day featured lots of prints, muffins and rock paper scissors to see who goes first during crit.

Super proud of all of my students and love seeing how much people grow throughout the semester.

NYC Print fair weekend magic ✨
Only had one day to spend in the city visiting both the & the Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair 😮‍💨 But we did both on Saturday and saw as much as we could and more importantly everyone we needed to. Being a visitor instead of an exhibitor this year helped with making a one day trip possible!
Just a grouping of highlights that were in my camera roll after the rollercoaster day in the city🎢

So proud of countless printers, friends and artists. Super grateful for the incredible print community and of course the amazing TamFam ❤️

It was double trouble in the studio this week with both both Nomi Silverman and Allan MacInyre 🤝

There’s plenty of space to spread out to focus on projects in our new location. This week, Nomi was continuing to work through another print for her ongoing artist book project “The Decameron”. Allan was finishing up our last day of monotyping by moving onto a new subject matter: Obake, or mischievous shapeshifting forest spirits in Japanese culture. Keep your eyes peeled for some blog post updates coming soon!
