This week we introduced a new class at Zimmerman’s Bernina in New Enterprise, PA. “Quilting Your Landscape” is a three-day workshop where students learn motifs designed to enhance their art quilts. These artists came from opposite sides of the commonwealth, from Butler County to Bucks County, to Harrisonburg, VA. There was a lot of talent in this room.

It was a beautiful day at Zimmerman's Bernina where four students from Indiana, Johnstown, and Latrobe came out to craft baskets from clothesline and fabric strips. While I forgot to take pictures of the students at work, I did take photos of the area so you can see for yourself.
