As a performer, it’s so important to choose a head shot that represents you authentically. Think “me on my best day”.
As a maturing actress in my 40s, I am more comfortable in my skin then ever before. I don’t want a photographer to edit my wrinkles away. They are a part of me. A part of my fabric, my truth. They are what make me a better actor now then when I was 20, with flawless skin and fewer life’s lessons under my belt.
Learn to love the actor and the person in the mirror and find a photographer that can help you convey that.
Always remember, YOU are your most beautiful asset in the business of entertainment. Authenticity goes farther then you think.
