Hey friends, We’ve officially launched a Kickstarter for lucky FM2
Please visit the campaign, make a donation and become a supporter of Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander culture and stories. Making theater has never been easy and in fact more difficult now than ever. In a time where communities of color, women, and LGBTQ people are being targeted and erased. Lucky FM 2 is our voice for remembering who we are and to propel unity in action. We invite you to tune-in to the Lucky FM2 frequency and make history with art that speaks to our shared humanity and our strength in community with empathy and kindness. Be counted.
We need $6,000 to get Lucky FM 2 live on stage!
La MaMa Theater is generously co-sponsoring by offering the space without a rental fee to help us keep ticket prices low for everyone as we did for Lucky FM1.
Your contributions will pay our lighting designer Hao Bai - $1,000
The labor for 2 person, 2 day load-in crew - $1000
5 days of labor costs for the light and sound operators - $2000
Documentary camera operator - $1000
Equipment rental - $1000

An underground radio station’s telethon spins Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander music history finding unity amidst chaos.

Hey theater aficionados. This is an amazing and rare event. I’ll be there.

Last chance to register for the Ping Chong Archival Symposium, which is happening THIS SATURDAY, Dec. 6th from 12pm - 7pm! Join us as we traverse the artistic and pedagogical legacy of our Artistic Director Emeritus Ping Chong. There will be a keynote conversation, panel on Ping Chong and pedagogy, artistic activations that recognize the innovative interdisciplinary practice that Ping Chong embodied, to challenge the way we think about art today.

This event is free and open to the public! Be sure to register at the link in our bio!

Welcome to our inaugural year as Pink Fang! We embrace the wild, the absurd, and the murky—the places where new possibilities take shape. Our work lives in theaters, community centers, sacred spaces, and classrooms. Artistry, engagement, and education are all integral facets of the work; our vibrant history is present in everything we do and weaves an unbroken thread into our future.

We invite you to join us. Your support makes it possible for Pink Fang to keep creating, teaching, and connecting. With your help, we are building a more compassionate and creatively alive world, one moment at a time. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements in the weeks ahead!
