Fix your RDLS:
1) no arching that b***y out - keep your core tucked, ribs down and lower back in neutral
2) don’t train in soft shoes and push through your entire foot, not your just heels
3) slight bend in the knee and you don’t need to go past your kneecap by more than a few inches otherwise your back will compensate
4) keep the dBs grazing your legs the whole time

You can have the “perfect” workout split, all the supplements, and train 5 days a week yadada but if your movement patterns and form suck, your muscles aren’t getting the efficient stimulus they need to actually grow (and you might just hurt yourself)

Growing the b***y isn’t just about moving weight from point A to point B. It’s about controlling the movement, creating tension in the target muscle, and training through ranges WITH proper form that properly challenge the tissue you’re trying to build.
