If we look at the reality, Kody and Robyn have essentially lived like a monogamous couple in real life from the start. Ironically, at the same time, the entire family has managed to enjoy the greatest financial gain of their lives thanks to a television show that pretends they are still actively practicing polygamy.
We certainly won't know how the show would have played out if from the start, one or all of the previous wives (OG3) had the courage to speak out and tell the public, "Wait a minute, this isn't real. We're living a lie."

What felt even more amusing was the fact that at one point in the past, Kody had actually referred to Christine as the "backbone of the family" (I even had to double-check this detail to check my memory). At the time, Kody acknowledged that Christine was a significant calming factor in the household and, essentially, the glue that held them all together.
This piqued my curiosity as to whether Robyn had heard this compliment and felt instantly challenged to prove herself superior in that role. I suspect this competitive ambition was the reason why the phrase or claim to be able to "speak Kody" (the best at understanding Kody's speech) suddenly popped into Robyn's head.

A big question arises as to how the previous wives were able to tolerate this situation for so long. Indeed, we understand the indoctrination and psychological manipulation factors that stem from their underlying principles. However, when it emerged that Robyn was even conveying certain narratives directly to the children, it made me wonder why the other wives didn't immediately intervene and insist that she not involve the children in adult matters.
In practice, Robyn seemed to constantly interfere in the dynamics of Kody's relationships with each of his wives and their children. This occurred because she seemed overconfident that she was a mediator, a therapist, or the only person who could "talk to Kody"—as if she were the wisest savior in the family.

One particularly memorable moment was when Robyn sternly addressed Colleen, who was still a teenager and crying, saying, "DON'T make me a victim, honey." Robyn sat there silently, trying to project a strong image. However, in practice, this action was deemed quite harsh and lacking empathy for a teenage girl who was actually experiencing emotional pain. Ironically, this is the type of person the public often portrays as a "good wife," despite her shy demeanor and attractive appearance.
Ultimately, the concrete actions a person demonstrates over time will always speak louder and more meaningfully than mere words.

Regarding her financial affairs, Robyn claimed that she voluntarily accepted all debts resulting from her divorce in order to quickly move on and escape the collapse of her previous marriage.
However, counter-information emerged from her ex-husband's family (via an email document sent to a podcaster). The email stated that his family had actually provided some financial assistance to pay off the debts, but Robyn allegedly never paid the funds to settle her obligations, instead using them for other purposes.

From the outset, Robyn actively conditioned and taught the children from her previous marriage to directly address Kody as "Dad."
She also conveyed to Kody that she was a victim of abuse by her ex-husband. Robyn claimed that her past chastity was forcibly taken, rather than voluntarily given out of love.
There are indications of dishonesty regarding her claim to have grown up in an ideal polygamous system. In fact, Robyn's biological mother never lived in the same house or even near her husband's first wife. Robyn actually grew up in a complex in Montana, where her mother lived on support or supported the community.

One of the first moments that really caught my attention was when Robyn invited Meri, Janelle, and Christine to join her in choosing her wedding dress, but behind the scenes, she had already secretly agreed with Kody to choose the dress for both of them. What made this situation even more confusing was that when the secret was revealed, Robyn burst into tears because she felt the most sad and hurt by the incident. It was truly extraordinary; she had started the foundation of her relationships with her previous wives with dishonesty, then made things worse by admitting that she was the one who asked Kody to hide the fact from everyone. But in the end, the narrative that was constructed actually made it seem as if this incident broke Robyn's heart.

It's possible that Robyn is prepared to take legal action, including using her connections, if her children's rights are ignored. In fact, Robyn's children consistently receive optimal medical care and treatment, as Robyn has been very adamant and firm in ensuring this from Kody.
This situation stands in stark contrast to the time when her then-3-year-old daughter (Truely) became seriously ill, dehydrated, and kept awake all night due to her critical condition. During this situation, Kody was seen sleeping peacefully at Robyn's home without the sensitivity of a father.
Kody also seemed more concerned about small things like the risk of Ysabel tripping or dealing with the week's cooking of grilling food, than he was willing to intervene in the care of his own critically ill toddler. Ironically, however, if Solomon or Ariella (Solanari) had even mild cold symptoms, Kody and Robyn would immediately respond and be prepared to take them to the emergency room.

In my view, Robyn seems to have a very strong desire to be in control and wants to be seen as a wife or matriarch figure in this family. The attitude he showed in the debate was clear evidence of his ambition.
This problem is actually not at all about understanding religion or the essence of caring for children. This was purely part of his personal ploy to try to dominate and gain control over the family's decisions. The question is, why would he think that intervening like that was a smart move?
Ethically, Robyn should not have the right to interfere or have a voice at all in this matter because her own biological children are not involved in the group. But what's interesting, Christine actually also has the same objections to the idea of sending children to a Presbyterian church, similar in substance to what Robyn is worried about.

In one of the early seasons when the Brown family had just moved to Las Vegas, there was a moment where they tried to enroll the children in a Presbyterian church environment. This step was taken primarily to support the social aspects of children in their new environment.
In the discussion, Christine expressed quite open views; he believes that children should be given the freedom to choose their own circle of friends that is comfortable for them, rather than being placed in a random church group. But surprisingly, Robyn immediately cut off the conversation with a quite defensive argument. He claims that biologically, human frontal lobe development is not complete until the age of 25, so children are not considered ready to make their own decisions. Robyn even linked this theory as the reason behind her children's behavior patterns so far. From my point of view, the parenting principle which assumes that children do not have the capacity to make their own decisions until the age of 25 seems quite extreme and worrying for their growth and development.
