Fierce Party Rentals is Hiring – Delivery & Event Crew
Fierce Party Rentals is continuing to grow, and we are looking to add dependable, hardworking individuals to our team.
This position involves the delivery, setup, and pickup of inflatable units (bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses) and other event equipment for customers across the area.
What the job involves: • Loading and unloading equipment
• Delivering and setting up inflatables safely and correctly
• Picking up equipment at the end of events
• Interacting professionally with customers
• Maintaining and caring for equipment
• Working as part of a team to complete routes efficiently
Important expectations: This is a weekend-heavy position.
• Saturdays are required
• Holidays such as the 4th of July are required
• Hours will vary week to week based on bookings and weather
• Some days are short… some are long
This is not a typical 9–5 job. Flexibility and reliability are key.
We are looking for someone who: • Shows up on time and follows through
• Works hard without needing constant supervision
• Takes pride in their work and attention to detail
• Communicates well with both team members and customers
• Can handle physical work (lifting, moving equipment, working outdoors)
• Understands that weekends are part of the job
Compensation: Pay is based on role, experience, and performance.
