Today, we join the global community in celebrating World Theater Day. At SLS, theater is more than just a performance. It’s where our students find their voices, build lifelong friendships, and learn the power of storytelling.

From the first table read to the final standing ovation, we are so proud of our student actors, tech crew, and directors who bring magic to the Hilltop.

Today at Upper School Town Meeting, students took part in a themed activity inspired by Fiddler on the Roof. In a nod to the iconic bottle-dancing scene, students were challenged to walk across the stage and back while balancing a bottle on their heads. Opening night is this Friday at 7 p.m. Come see the show! 🎭

SLS Performing Arts is proud to present Fiddler on the Roof, a beloved musical that explores family, faith, love, and the courage it takes to face change. Set in the small village of Anatevka, this timeless story comes alive through powerful performances, unforgettable music, and a whole lot of heart.

Join us as our talented students bring Tevye and his family to the stage in a production that celebrates tradition while asking timeless questions about who we are and where we’re going.
