"I'M MAD AS HELL ... AND I'M NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!"

Some of you will get that reference but I AM mad as hell! I'm a news ju**ie and amateur historian, but I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! In our media all objectivity is gone! One side says outlandish lies and the other side provides a megaphone along with outrage! C'mon, man!!!!

And although this country has caused me and my ancestors much pain, it IS my country. And for better or worse I have to love it. From my perspective, this November election will determine the future of the USA.

So I can't take it. No more CNN, MSNBC, NY Times, WaPo, and as close as I get to the other side - Wall. St. Journal.

No more!!

I wanna spend the next 24 days or so READING PLAYS!! Well constructed plays! Funny plays!!! NO PLAYS ABOUT SLAVERY!!! because the legacy of decendants from Africa are more than that. I wanna read unpublished plays that are worth of being in the canon.

Please provide suggestions BELOW as I try to maintain my mental health for the next 3.5 weeks.

RSAC Director Marshall Jones III is directing Mud Row by Dominique Morisseau at Premiere Stages, a professional theatre company in residence at Kean University, located in Union, NJ.

You are invited to a special RSAC Alumni & current Young Actors Workshop student showing of Mud Row followed by a talkback with Marshall Jones III on July 14th at 8pm.

I have some exciting news! We are planning the return of the Rutgers' Young Actor Workshop this summer.

This is a two-week commuter program is specially designed for high school actors that live in the surrounding area. The particulars are:

* From Monday July 11 to Friday July 22, 2022

* Five days per week program from 9am to 5pm

* Friday Free Lunch (students bring lunch Monday through Thursday)

* Classes: Acting
 , Movement/Voice
 , Acting for the Camera, EDI for the Actor 
, and more!!

* Tuition: $950

This is a great opportunity to expand your training with a terrific faculty.
