African American Culture & Communication Organization "Uniting as one to examine our culture and experience diversity through the field of communication as we progress toward our future professions"

The goal of the association is to build a group of highly diverse and
energized students to create a presence on campus in support of 'multi-influenced' nature African American culture and communication. These influences come from global communities of color and through a rich cultural history in the United States. This not only includes verbal/non verbal communication of African Americans but the

influences on African American communication across a wide range of channels/media (e.g., art, music, web-based, film, radio) and contexts (e.g. politics, health, family, education).
