Serrano Fitness Studio will be closed August 20–23 while our floors get a makeover! 🔨✨

We’re excited to upgrade our space & create an even better experience for our community. Classes will resume Monday, August 24. We can’t wait to welcome you back to our freshly renovated studio! 💙

Who else has been guilty of wanting to skip the warm-up? 🙋🏼‍♀️😂

It prepares your body for the movements ahead, helps activate the right muscles, improves flexibility, & lowers your risk of injury.

The stronger & more prepared your body is, the better you’ll move, & the safer you’ll be.💪🏼
