Meet Kathleen - our member of the month!

Kathleen has been a Das Rec member for just a year, but pickleball quickly became the highlight of her routine and the reason she started coming.

“It gives me the competitiveness and routine for my days,” she shared. “Being part of a team again and having a game to play is great—it’s become my reason to get up in the morning.”

Kathleen also calls Das Rec a welcoming, family-friendly place, perfect for de-stressing. And with all it offers, she says it’s a great value too.

Our first Summer program - Lil Dribblers - kicks off next Monday!

Lil’ Dribblers will focus on dribbling, shooting, passing, and teamwork with an emphasis on learning through play. Adjustable hoops and appropriately sized basketballs are used to provide just the right amount of challenge.

Take on the Murph Challenge with us this upcoming Monday at Das Yard!

The Murph Challenge is a popular Memorial Day workout created in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Known as a Hero WOD (Workout of the Day), participants across the country complete this challenge each year to honor fallen service members through fitness, perseverance, and community.

This year, we’re bringing the Murph Challenge to Das Yard — and all fitness levels are welcome!
