UPDATE Wednesday 8/5/2026: Fantastic Tubing Weather is showing in our local 8-day forecast! As we speak, Fun Float Trips are underway at Texas Tubes (see pics!) Comal River Levels were flowing at 213 CFS as of 10:45am this morning! The Comal River is experiencing some of the BEST RIVER LEVELS IN YEARS! We hope the awesome river levels last for the rest of our Tube season into October, but there's no guarantee that will happen, as there is no rain in the 15-day extended forecast. The Edwards Aquifer needs regular rainfall to stay hydrated and replenished; without more rain, river levels will go down. I'd say right now is the best time to go tubing to enjoy the best river levels in years while they last! All 3 Tube Chutes are flowing fantastically! The following is our upcoming Local 8-day Forecast for New Braunfels, if it holds true!
Wed 8/5: High 99-degrees, Mix of Sun & Clouds!

Weekend UPDATE Saturday 7/18/2026: Fun Float Trips are underway at Texas Tubes today (see pics!) Comal River Levels were flowing at 224 CFS as of 11:45am this morning! Water clarity has improved substantially overnight (see pics) because of the massive amount of crystal-clear spring water flowing out of Comal Springs in Landa Park (see the Comal River in real time from our Live We**am at www.texastubes.com). Comal Springs in Landa Park is the source and headwaters for the Comal River! The Comal River is 100% spring-fed, except when it rains!
