Voted Small House Concert Venue for 2025 by TRMA (the Trop Rock Music Association). We host original singer/songwriters who are members of TRMA.

All donations to musicians are collected in CASH on the day of event; a charity is featured at each show. Lakeside Lanai is a member of TRMA (Trop Rock Music Association) and primarily supports member musicians. In addition, we love our musicians, but we can not financially supplement guest artists. For artists to maximize their donations from a Lakeside Lanai concert, you should not schedule your event if you are playing in NBTX, SA, Floresville, Canyon Lake or any nearby location within 30 days of your concert here. House Concert Statement of Liability:
By simply being on the property, guests and artists agree to hold the owners harmless and not liable for any injury sustained to you or someone under your care. Note that FB is the most recent connection with us rather than a website.

South Region PH TEAM PAM will walk together for its third year at Skippin’ and Sippin’ 2026!!!!!! We honor Pam Starling, Austin PH, who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year.

This year’s Fun Run starts at 9 a.m. in the parking lot of Lulu’s. It is followed by food, drinks, and awards — and then a second line led by Jimmy Buffett’s sister, Lucy.

What’s extra special this year is the revised mission — to provide hope, meaningful assistance, and lasting support to breast cancer patients that are Parrot Head members in good standing nationwide!!!!!

Oh - and Lakeside Lanai will be in the parking lot that morning with donut holes and shots for S Region Team PAM members!

Registration is at MOTM.rocks. If you are not going to MOTM, you can also join us (virtually) at MOTM.ROCKS. (We will eat your donut holes and the food from Lulu’s, and enjoy shots for you!)

Thanks to River Rose Tavern and Derrick Dowden, our Labor Day show with Carrie Welling and John Patti was moved to Canyon Lake. We appreciate David Burks for providing the sound, and Johnny Doo for sharing his talents. A special thank you also to the fans who helped make the Monday night show a success.

Special important note — The air conditioning at River Rose provided comfort on a very hot Texas day.

In the meantime, Connie has a new outlook on life —- without cataracts. 👀😎

Lakeside Lanai is humbled to be nominated for TRMA’s Small House Concert Venue for 2026!

Our backyard fills with guests and TRMA musicians about 5 or 6 times each year. There is a charity at each event — from Hill Country flood relief to TRMA Artist Fund — to collections for the food bank (now over 40k meals since we began). We are honored to “Party with a Purpose” while supporting original, live Trop Rock music.

Thank you to our San Antonio, Canyon Lake, and Seguin Parrot Heads for supporting the musicians, bringing food, contributing to the charities, and fighting the horrible IH 35 traffic. Thank you to our team of helpers at each event. Thank you to Isla Bella (Fred and Sara Guerrero) for your mentorship. Thank you TRMA members for this nomination.

It’s an honor to be included on the ballot with so many other outstanding small house concert venues. We also applaud ALL TROP ROCK house concerts for their hospitality, time, work and personal sacrifices to the genre as we all try to KEEP THE PARTY GOING.

Sharing just a few special photos……
