The Southern Clarion Police Association (SCPA) is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit support arm of the Southern Clarion County Regional Police Department (SCCRPD). Fundraising efforts help offset major Police Department expenses, reducing the financial burden on our local municipalities and taxpayers.

Today’s sudden thunderstorms brought heavy rain and areas of localized flooding across New Bethlehem, Clarion County, and much of western Pennsylvania. Please use caution if you’re traveling, never drive through flooded roadways, and stay alert as conditions can change quickly. 🙏🚧

The following photos capture scenes from around our community after today’s flooding and serve as a reminder of both the power of nature and the resilience of our neighbors. ❤️

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted. We are especially grateful for our first responders, public works crews, utility workers, and emergency personnel who continue serving our communities through every storm. 🚒👮🚑
