Dance for MS at Casa Collective Studios this August! 🕺💃

This special social dance class series is designed for people with MS (and those with Parkinson's or other neurological challenges are welcome too!). Research shows social dance improves quality of life, cognitive function, and MS symptoms.
Developed over 10 years by teaching artist Jessica Fastabend with Marquette University's Dr. Alexander Ng, these classes focus on fun, recreational physical activity that's safe and beneficial for MS management.

No partner needed - volunteers will be there to help! Bring a friend or come solo.
