Staging gear for a fun holiday weekend.

This weekend we’re building out a 16’ x 24’ stage for a street party, plus an 84-light sound and lighting setup across two shoreline homes for a co-hosted fireworks viewing party with 225 guests.

Integrated DJ, sound, and lighting control across both properties.

From stages and sound to full-property lighting, these are the kinds of events we love! Taking a space that already has a vibe and turning it into a full immersive experience.

We’ve had the opportunity to produce three events in Chicago this past year, including two in the iconic Fulton Market District.

One of the coolest parts of what we do is seeing how different cities influence design.

We get a vision, a budget, and a blank canvas.

We build it in our imagination.
We mock it up in the warehouse.
Then we bring it to life in the venue.

Every city has its own personality.
Every venue has its own character.

Our job is to create a production that doesn’t just fit the room, It feels like it belongs there.

This is our boutique approach to event production: intentionally designed, thoughtfully engineered, and built around the uncompromising sound of RCF.

We never stop experimenting.
We never stop refining.
We’re always building what’s next.
