Box Stock Predator Rules
General Rules
• All engines must run out of the box
• Weight: 375 lbs
• Drum clutch only. It must appear as if it is sold from the original manufacturer
• 12t front driver
• Governor must be connected and operational
• Low oil sensor may be unplugged
• 5500 max RPM on the stand
• Floor pan mounted or stock mounted fuel tank with vent tube
• Chain guard mandatory and may run a heat shield
• Stock flywheel
• Fuel: 87 octane only
• Carburetor MUST REMAIN STOCK – NO ALTERATIONS
• Cylinder head must be OEM Predator type casting only
• Intake and exhaust ports must remain as factory produced
• Porting or deburring not permitted
• Head gasket surface must remain stock
• Stock valves only
• Must use stock pushrods, rocker arms, and retainers
• No alterations and/or aftermarket valve train components allowed
• Crank, rod, and piston must be factory with no modifications
• Stock piston rings only
• Factory air filter and sock
• Recoil pull start only
• Pull starter may be rotated for better cranking angle
• Mufflers must be stock only
• No aftermarket headers or mufflers
• No modifications to factory mufflers

TIRES
• Open tire
• 1 set of tires per night
• 100% NO PREP
• If any prep is found, you will be disqualified for the night
• You may scuff your tires during the week, not at the track
• You may only wash tires after hot laps
• Hot laps only with water
• Dirty tires on the grid every time after hot laps
(Throttle spring may be added to engine)
